Injet New Energy Shines at Power2Drive 2026, Distributed Heavy-Duty Charging Solution Draws Strong Industry Interest

The three-day Power2Drive Europe exhibition has concluded in Munich, Germany. Injet New Energy, a returning exhibitor over consecutive years, presented multiple advanced products at this year’s show — including the HanYuan Distributed Charging System and the HanHui 480 Commercial DC Fast Charger — demonstrating its accumulated capabilities in high-power charging, charging site energy efficiency, and scalable architecture to the global market. The booth attracted sustained engagement from logistics operators, site investors, and fleet professionals throughout the event.

This year’s Power2Drive brought together 2,650 exhibitors from 52 countries and drew an audience exceeding 100,000, reaffirming its position as Europe’s premier charging infrastructure exhibition. During the show, Injet’s Booth B6.190 received visits from fleet operators and logistics company representatives from Europe, North America, and beyond. Among the products on display, the HanYuan Distributed Charging System — designed for heavy-duty trucking, mining operations, and large commercial campuses — generated the most significant interest.

HanYuan:Station-Wide Power Dispatch for Heavy-Duty Charging

HanYuan was developed to address a fundamental inefficiency in conventional split DC architectures: the “power island” effect. In standard one-to-N independent cabinet configurations, power cannot be shared between cabinets — even when adjacent units are idle, a charging vehicle cannot access their available capacity. This results in a significant gap between rated power and actual usable power.

HanYuan introduces a matrix-based inter-stack ring dispatch architecture, enabling dynamic power sharing across cabinets. During peak hours, available power concentrates to deliver rapid charging; during off-peak periods, it distributes across multiple vehicles for steady, simultaneous charging. Overall site power utilization can improve by approximately 30%, effectively converting contracted grid capacity into measurable charging revenue.

Recognizing that early-stage sites often face constrained grid capacity and elevated investment sensitivity, HanYuan adopts a modular stacking architecture. Deployments can begin at 480 kW and scale seamlessly — adding power cabinets to reach 960 kW, 1,440 kW, or 1,920 kW — without requiring extensive civil work or rewiring. This flexible expansion model allows operators to invest in stages aligned with actual fleet growth, avoiding both upfront overcapitalization and the revenue losses associated with insufficient capacity.

Looking ahead, HanYuan’s liquid-cooled terminals currently deliver a stable output of 500 A and are hardware-ready for Megawatt Charging System (MCS) compatibility, with upgrade support for currents up to 1,500 A. Terminals support mixed-standard configurations covering CCS1, CCS2, GB/T, and NACS, enabling flexible deployment across North American markets navigating the ongoing connector transition, CCS2-dominant European markets, and multi-standard environments in the Middle East. Cross-market deployment and mixed-fleet charging are no longer constrained by connector incompatibility.

HanHui 480:Balancing Operational Efficiency with Diversified Revenue

The HanHui 480 Commercial DC Fast Charger is the second new product in Injet’s lineup, targeting urban transit depots, public fast-charging stations, and light- to heavy-duty logistics fleets. With power coverage from 240 kW to 480 kW, the HanHui 480 also supports multi-standard connectors and mixed-gun configurations to accommodate diverse charging requirements.

On the commercial side, the HanHui 480 offers an optional 32-inch high-definition advertising display, converting charging dwell time into a commercial media opportunity and enabling a dual-revenue model combining charging services with on-site advertising — accelerating return on asset investment.

For charging efficiency, the unit’s Dynamic Power Distribution continuously reallocates available power between two connected vehicles based on real-time demand, eliminating the waste inherent in fixed equal-split schemes and maximizing per-unit throughput and peak-hour capacity.

Central to Injet’s reliability proposition is the HanHui 480′s built-in Programmable Power Controller (PPC). The PPC integrates wear-prone components and core accessories into a single, pre-assembled module, reducing the internal wiring harness from over 200 conventional connections to approximately 80. In the event of a hardware fault, a standard electrician can replace the PPC module and restore operations in approximately 15 minutes — substantially reducing maintenance downtime and labor costs, and protecting the site’s daily revenue.

Moments from the Booth
