Spring Gala Dinner
As night fell, the 2026 Spring Gala Dinner officially began. An AI-powered bilingual Q&A opening instantly energized the atmosphere, highlighting INJET New Energy’s identity as a technology frontrunner.
Employees, group leadership, strategic partners, and overseas guests gathered to revisit the Group’s 30th anniversary video—tracing the journey from a spark in 1992, to formal establishment in 1996, and the founding of INJET New Energy in 2016. Thirty years of accumulation and ten years of innovation converged in this moment, where history met the sharp edge of the future.

In his keynote address “Thirty Years Forward, Innovating the Future,” Chairman Wang Jun reflected on INJET’s journey—from early challenges to a mature product portfolio—emphasizing quality as the foundation and organizational transformation as the driver of growth. He called on leadership to “step into the field personally to identify and solve real problems,” a guiding principle for change in a new era.
At this new starting point, Cindy, General Manager of INJET Global, unveiled the company’s sole strategic objective for 2026: Customer-Side Charging Success Rate (Up-time). This metric defines the essence of INJET’s value—customer trust and choice.
